Our pull-out truck tarps use a semi-automatic system that is fast, safe, and easy to use, while also ensuring tidy storage of the tarp when not in use.

We’ll custom manufacture the system for your requirements, plus it can be used for any application up to 7 metres in length. If you carry heaped loads or bulky materials, we can customise the bow height of your tarp to between 200mm and 700mm.

The tarp itself is manufactured from high-quality PVC, ensuring excellent performance and durability.

How Our Pull-Out Truck Tarps Work

Our pull-out truck tarps are used by a wide range of companies across NZ. They rely on our tarps for their ease of use and effectiveness.

Our pull-out truck tarps are housed in a 20cm x 20cm housing that is fitted to the front of the body and held at the rear with cleats. The housing is neat and tidy and can be installed so it doesn’t get in the way. To put the tarp away, the driver simply releases the rope. The unit will then automatically and safely retract the tarp into its housing.

To cover the cargo in a truck, the driver pulls the rope that is attached to the tarp which will be inside the housing. The driver pulls this rope to the back of the truck to cover the load with the tarp. The rope is then hooked onto the cleats, securing the tarp at the rear of the truck.

Our installation team will then visit your location and will install a steel frame at the front of the bunker. The tarp is then fitted to this structure, creating a covering that provides security and protection from the elements.

The material used in the manufacture of your cover is high-quality and delivers durable performance. Plus, our concrete bunker covers are an affordable solution to your storage needs.

They come as standard with manual operation, but electric systems are available to automatically retract and close the cover.
